Curling Across the Nation to visit Glengarry next week

A man named Rob Swan from a small community in rural New Brunswick began his "Curling Across the Nation" experience, both literally and figuratively, back in the fall of 2014, in an "effort to raise awareness of this great sport of curling and also to raise awareness of the small grassroots clubs out there in this country," he explains.

During the 2014/15 season he curled one game in 103 different curling clubs across Canada, and now for 2015/16 he is aiming to repeat that feat. Members and anyone interested is welcome to attend.

On Jan. 20 he is scheduled to curl in Alexandria, and on Jan. 22 in Lancaster.
