GD football game moved to Monday (UPDATED)

A planned return to football action for GDHS has been put off for a few days due to a vaccination clinic.

Tagwi will visit the Alexandria high school next Monday (Nov. 23) for a 1 p.m. match. The game had originally been booked for Thursday, Nov. 19, but both coaches agreed to the change to make the change to avoid the facility use conflict and ensure both squads can field a full complement of players.

The community is invited to come out and support the team as GDHS sees a return to football for the first time since 1983.
