Superbowl party fundraiser to support high school football

Glengarry District and Tagwi high schools are joining forces this year in hosting a Feb. 7 Superbowl party to raise funds to support football programs at both schools.
The event will be hosted at Tagwi and will feature giant television screens, stereo sound, and a scrumptious all-you-can eat buffet dinner. This is a licensed event, and bus transportation will be available.
Tickets are available through Scotiabank branches in Alexandria, Maxville, and Avonmore as the bank has agreed to match funds from the ticket sales.
