Glens take stranglehold on Jr B series

Alexandria's Junior B hockey team finds itself in the driver's seat heading into game five on Friday night following a 5-3 victory in Williamstown tonight.

The Glens lead the series against rival Char-Lan three games to one with a chance to end the season for the Rebs Friday night at the Glengarry Sports Palace in Alexandria.  Game time is 8 p.m.

Get in the Spirit

Fans are encouraged to wear hockey jerseys and bring noisemakers to the Friday night contest.

The Hockeyville Crew is looking to have the arena packed to put on a good show of support for the county's Junior B squads as well as CBC which apparently will be in town for some interviews and scouting in the lead-up to the March 15 Hockeyville broadcast that will announce the top 12 communities from across the country.

Donations for the food bank will also be accepted.
