The second match of the best-of-three GSL senior men's championship final series is set for tonight in Vankleek Hill, on the VCI pitch, where the host squad will take on the victors from game 1, Greenfield. Start time is slated to be 8:30 pm.

Semifinals in the tier 2 men's division of the Glengarry Soccer League kicked off on Monday night, with the Celtics and Greenfield teams proving victorious.
The Celtics scored their win, 8-2, over Glen Nevis, while Grenfield's triumph came in extra time, a 2-1 decision over McCrimmon.
Game two in both series will go next Monday (Aug. 28).
The Glengarry Soccer League's tier 2 men's division playoffs open tonight on two fronts. On the main Char-Lan field in Williamstown, the Celtics will take on Glen Nevis, while on the Lochiel pitch, it will be McCrimmon versus Greenfield. Both are 8:30 pm starts.
Game two in both semifinal series will go on Aug. 28, in North Lancaster and Alexandria, respectively.
The Glengarry Soccer League's senior women's final series continues tonight with game two on the pitch at Lochiel. Game time is set for 8:30 pm, with Glen Nevis and Dunvegan squaring off. Glen Nevis won the series opener on Tuesday and can capture the GSL crown with a victory tonight.
League awards for this division will be presented following the match.
In other action tonight, there's a U16 girls semifinal playoff game in Alexandria, on the south pitch at Island Park. It's an 8:45 pm start.
At 6:15 pm, there's the U14 boys championship final game in Maxville, while the U14 girls final is set for the field at VCI.
The Celtics finished the Glengarry Soccer League's tier 2 men's regular season atop the table, with 22 points, four better than McCrimmon. Greenfield ended up third (13), followed by Glen Nevis (12).
The schedule wrapped up on Monday, when Glen Nevis and Greenfield played to a 1-1 draw, while the Celtics pasted McCrimmon 5-1.
A week previous, the Celtics blanked Glen Nevis 5-0, and Greenfield shut out McCrimmon 4-0.
Playoffs, best-of-three semifinal series, are booked to kick off on Monday, Aug. 21. On the Char-Lan field in Williamstown, the Celtics will take on Glen Nevis, while on the Lochiel pitch it will be McCrimmon versus Greenfield.
A week later, the second batch of each series will be played in North Lancaster and Alexandria, respectively. Should a third match be needed, it will go on Aug. 31, in Williamstown and Lochiel.
