What is in a label?

After two years of making her Fauxmagerie Zengarry raw cheddar cheese, Lynda Turner has been told by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency that she can no longer call her popular product "cheese." She is being quite zen about the edict, seeing it as an opportunity to raise awareness of the food label issue.
